Subject: [CR]cornering a trike

I tore the seat of a pair of shorts while making a fast turn once. My butt got to close to the rear wheel somehow. I've also endangered to front of my anatomy by jumping RR crossings on one occasion. My saddle wasn't clamped tightly enough and when I landed the nose of the saddle went up. I slid off the back end. a death grip on the handlebars kept me on the trike but it was hard to ride with the saddle pointing to the heavens. I now have the seat bolt very tight . One last tip for those new to trikes. When riding of of curbs make sure that both rear wheels go down at the same time. There is a tendency to tip if you don't do this.
