One of my customers has a Saturn tandem that he believes was made around 1978. It's fillet brazed, has mostly handmade brazeons and a twin-plate fork crown, also a neat take on a Legnano-style seat binder. He is from the Sacramento area and bought the bike used, so he never met the builder. David Feldman
