The Cinelli I am after is cable locked behind a bunch of stuff with some modern boutique wheels on it. I am also not allowed to take it down, because the owner is very busy, but he lets me visit. I contorted myself back behind it, and saw a serial number stamped into the left side bottom of the BB shell, 2244. Seatpost is a Campy 2 bolt, 26.2mm.
This bike is grey, 120mm rear spaced and only the fork crown shows
chrome. The rear dropouts are Campy (long).

Having no idea who imported them into the States in the 60s to late 70s, I had heard, with nothing to substantiate it, that very few Cinellis came into the US during those years. How many came into Canada? I have even less of a clue. A database would be of service in comparing the years and serial numbers to frames with a known history, to the frames that show up with no history.
