Does anyone have info on Everest chains? I'm working on a project that dates from about 1979 and has a Zeus 2000 alloy freewheel. I want to use some kind of super-trick chain like a Regina Record Oro, or perhaps a drilled Everest model. I don't remember the model name, but I recall a silver Everest model with cut-out outer plates. While the Regina record was drilled, this one had more of a slotted treatment. I figure it would look nifty with the silver alloy freewheel.
Does anyone remember this chain? What was it called? Intro date? Any sources for NOS Everest stuff? I could use one that is very, very lightly used, but the freewheel is essentially new and I'd prefer to have a new chain.
Thanks,
Tom Dalton
