The subject I was seeking (really, no kidding) was 'bar end shifters' but got this:

To the rest of you who are left feeling left out here, David is being a bit elliptical. Lest you think I made a Ti frame that was featured in BG magazine, it was a lugged steel frame he refers so flatteringly to (thanks David!). "Big Ti Head" is something I was actually called by an internet troll in a recent flame war (one sided; I was nice) on the framebuilder's mailing list. The troll apparently thought it a clever insult. He (the troll, not David) was unintentionally hilarious.
