Did Campagnolo make cottered cranks for Legnano? See eBay:

I asked the seller about these, to which he replied:

"These Campagnolo cranksets made for Legnano say Legnano on the crankarms, and only feature the Campagnolo "C" on the crank arm. You might check some of the vintage bike websites for more on the relationship between Campagnolo and Legnano in the early days of Italian bike manufacturing."

So what's the real scoop?
