In a recent post about Schwinn lightweights "4130 double butted" tubing was mentioned. Could someone please provide some information on this tubing. Who made it? Was it good quality? Is it suitable for big frames? I believe it was used in some of the higher end Schwinns like Le Tour and Voyager, but probably not the Paramount. Thanks
