I hereby offer a free set of tubes (True Temper) to Sam, iffen he will proceed with this project! It would be nice if he could accompany his reports with digital pictures....

When commencing such a task, it seems to me that rather than have someone "teach" you, it would be best to carefully read all the literature that exists on the topic. I will refrain from critiquing these titles (I have strong likes & dislikes but they all should still be read!) but off the top of my head here's what's out there:

- (Tim) Paterek Frame Building Manual - Richard Talbot's How to Build Your Own Bicycle Frame (or close!) - The Proteus Frame Building Book

The last two are out of print I think but maybe someone would lend them for reading?
