Hello,Ron here.I have a most non-violent way to remove stripped crank arms.You need to remove the oppisite bb cup.Now,find an assortment of washers,short sections of pipe,etc.,to take up space untill you reach a little beyond the end of the spindle.Now,use the crank bolt or nut on the washer side to pull the spindle out of the arm.All this is to assume that you are using a cup-and-cone bb.
