Not sure about current posts, but 25.0 mm posts were made by all the major manufacturers in the 70's and 80's. The 70's aluminum frames, and into the 80's, used tubes with the same OD's as steel frames, so they had to use thicker tube walls to achieve comparable rigidity. This resulted in smaller ID's and therefore smaller seatposts. The 25.0 mm was sort of a defacto standard used but ALAN, Vitus, and if I recall correctly, Graftek as well. Campy, Gippieme, Zeus, and many others made 25.0 posts for these frames. There must still be quite a few around.
