Martin, Yeah, I've heard those stories too. In fact, the man I bought my frame from (at a local yard sale) said that it and some others were a settlement for money owed to him. Anyway it is a red Europa about 58-59 cm center to top so a red fork would look nice. One decal reads T.I.G. Teknics by Don Herr and another reads Painting by S Soderman. This is my albatross whenever I get a notion to buy another bike my wife gently says, What about the red Clark Kent? When will you do something with it?" And I say, "But, Sweet Pea, it needs a fork!
