Sorry for re-hashing a subject that has been likely discussed many times. I tried the archives but didn't find anything. I have an early 80's Vitus I'm trying to fit a Vitus aluminum steerer fork to in, in an effort to go as light as possible with period appropriate components. The current set up is has a Super Record headset. The new fork comes to the top of the threaded bearing cup but nothing for the lock nut to grab. Any suggestions? Can anyone direct me to a chart of stack heights? Thanks in advance for your time. Dan in MN.
