i have a williams . it is the only bike that i will not sell. reynolds 708 tubeset , henry james lugs , what a ride. joe williams builds in steel only , fillet brazed or with lugs. he has built the lightest all steel frames that i have seen. mike rawlings ...........joe is building me a new one this winter. original posting........................
