As I recall the Favorit and Gian Robert components, if you call them that, were pretty crude and heavy. About one step above what used to come on "C. Itoh" or Royce Union bikes in the mid 70s.

Not exactly Super Record if you get my drift.

There was a fairly basic Favorit-equipped Czech bike at the Cirque this year - frameset with a box o' parts. My size, too - and I think I could have bought it for $5, but I was in one of my "shrink the holdings" modes ...
