I disagree on the semantics - what you have is not a microadjusting seatpost. One-bolt Super Records and clones thereof adjust by whacking, going too far, whacking too far the other way... repeat until you're tired of it and it's "close enough". No sense worrying too much about the angle anyway, because it's just going to slip!

Other than that I really like 'em. ;)

Microadjusting seatposts, by definition, have two bolts. And they don't slip. (Yes I know how to make a 1-bolt SR not slip, but it's still an inferior design to the 2-bolt SR and NR)
