This note from the seller of the Masi. I'm still confused about the model

There is some rust on the seat post that I'm sure could just be sanded off. There are a couple of small scratches and nicks, smaller than a dime. One has a little bit of rust on it. Doesn't seem like a big deal and I sure could be fixed up easily. I am not sure what model it is. Here is what the decals say, let me know if that means something to you please: 2 small decals that say the same thing: Masi Campione del Mondo 1967,1968,1969 Professionisti su Strada
There is another decal that says: Brev. Masi
