I was afraid it was another myth. Possibly it's stiff spring felt more lively, or that cables stretch over several seasons and you notice it all at once, or that it really jumps onto the big chainring when I flick the lever back up and I think that's cool.
Well, thanks for the pieces of truth. I like to collect those.
