I sincerely doubt it. I doubt that most manufacturers keep as close a record on changes to their products as we would believe they should. Their business is selling new parts (and maybe supplying some old ones), not tracking how the changes came about.

Probably the best source of information about these types of things would be long term employees that had a hand in product design. They might have kept some records or at least be able to sequence things from memory. Good luck finding them.

My experiences from another of my hobbies, though, would lead me to think that the accumulated memory and paper trail that the people on this list could gather would dwarf the knowledge that still exists at Campagnolo concerning their older products.
