Time for a strange question. . . .
I'm curious as to whether any quality frames (of the lugged, quality steel variety, of course!) were (or are) manufactured in Finland. I've seen the CR page on Crescents, the Swedish cycles, but haven't seen anything mentioning frames from the next country east.
Anyone have any information, be it positive or negative?
