Unless they've changed in the last year or two, Conti Sprinters are very nice tires in normal colors - black tread, brownish sidewalls. They've been available for about $30 lately in quite a few places. Not vintage but certainly a fine tires. The only problem with them is if you feel you need wider than a standard training width of 23C.

I gave up on tubulars years ago , I grew up on Del Mundos but as the amount of broken glass increased I started riding clinchers . Now that IM starting to get my vintage bikes back to their original condition, IM looking at tubulars again , and IM seeing all the colors of the rainbow , but not the classic fabric side walls with a black tread .
