I thought it might be fun to start a page listing the new extremes of prices on eBay or whatever auction for vintage bike goods! (? Oh, I can already hear the screams of objection that will follow!) Maybe I will make it a page only CR members would know the URL access so as to not encourage out-of-control pricing?

I often miss these and I think it's a hoot to see these maxs get hit. I know many people shudder as they see these high prices but, hey, you can't deny that is the reality of the moment!

In my (limited) recent memory have been: Brooks B37 for $760.00 1962 PX-10 for $7100.00

What are the other "high notes" that come to mind? (Freddy's gonna love this thread!) Send me the whole URL for the item's sale if possible.
