I have a mid 70's Bob Jackson, with what I believe is all original equipment. It has a Crane GS rear, Cyclotourist crank (48/44/26) and a Titlist front derailleur, matched to SunTour barcons. Personally I think it shifts better on the front then the rear. But I agree with you on the cosmetics.
