Do you mean the black or brown vilyl pouch with cheepish stamped tools?
A "Sachs" 12 toothed 3 splined (Sturmey archer fit) sprocket. Or any such 12T sprocket.
There might be some Bendox floating around, maybe a circle measurement? I assume 1/2 x 1.8"?
