Yes, the front racks on these have the inviting look of a comfy chair, but when a person sits on one, it is instantly ruined.

This has perfectly normal 68 mm ISO/British BB, so you can put any normal BB into it.

That's true of all Moultons except for the Raleigh-built MkIII.
