Chris Smedley from Bicycle Shack had it at the swap meet here back in July and it is in very fine shape. Lots of fine vinty components for the money ($350 at the time if memory serves). It'll likely get parted out to restore a diamond frame....which would be rather sad. Yep....prewar was my guess.
