While I can't say they're original to the bike, my 74 Raleigh has cable clips with the winged logo and are stainless steel. Unfortunately the screws and nuts are steel and I had an unpleasant surprise when I dug the bike out of it's hiding place after two years. Rusty hardware! Back to the nut and bolt place for some unoriginal but nonrusting stainless steel.
