Scott,

I have a 1937 Drysdale 6 Day bike that I purchased back in the early '70's complete with many wood wheel sets and a ton of 1" pitch drive components. The bars were the same style as the Cinnelli steel track bends though wider and deeper. They were attached to a really cool Mayor Taylor outrigger (adjustable stem). The bars were not plated, but painted and taped all the way up. I suspect that you could use a newer bar and paint it if you can't find vintage parts.
