Nice frame. The headbadge identifies Hill Cycle, the bike shop that was located in Chestnut Hill (Philadelphia) PA. I think it closed up in the 1970s or maybe the early 80s. But I remember it as the place that had the "high-end" racing bikes and sponsored a club, too.
