The Anniversary group came out in mid 1983. The Campagnolo catalog #18 printed in May 1984 has photos of all the brake hoods and they are all the world/script logo.
C-Record (Corsa-Record) came out in 1985 and that is when I think the shield logo was implemented for all the models of brake hoods. This was also the time of the unpopular white hoods and white o-rings on the brakes. It was rumored that Valentino liked white.
I know that the first black C-Record brake hoods (shield logo) where only offered on the 1985 Bianchi Centenario (100th Anniversary) bikes and were not available from Campagnolo until quite a bit later.
