This frame is 53.5 center to center, 54.5 toptube. Has 753 top and seattubes, 531 downtube, fork blades, and seatstays and Oria chainstays. Looks like Henry James lugs. Deep forest green with white lettering and gold trim. Excellent condition. Currently built with a Campy headset. 130mm rear spacing.
