Hi Bill, Correctamundo. The choosing process is part of the buyer's determination of "value", intrinsic or otherwise. The beauty of this process is that the value of a good or service to the buyer may vary vs. time and vs. the rest of the buyer population. Zillions of factors cause this variation.
So, one must do one's research, keep current on what's offered, and buy when appropriate.
We haven't even approached this from the seller's POV. Let's see if we can get the Hunt brothers to join the list and give us their viewpoint on controlling value.
