Jerry's description sounds right. The rims, spokes and tires were Mexican made and not too good. Some rims may have been anodized gold at some point. Ken, contact me as I have the proper Windsor saddle.
Late Windsor Pros have a non-Cinelli style seat stay attachment. The end cap says Windsor. I have a Campy SR seatpost from one of those that has milled fluting.
