I'm in agreement Amanda. Ray runs a unique business and probably gets many
more inquiries than he can handle from all over the world. My business, is
much the same. I get many inquiries by voicemail all day long and if all I
did was to return those calls, I would never have time to do anything else.
Unfortunately, I can get brusque at times.
My dealing with Ray were infrequent, but I always found him helpful. A few
times he went out of his way to send many detailed photos of cycles I was
interested in. I only wish him well!!
