Are you certain the bike shop was talking c-t-t? I've always referred to my PX-10 as a 56cm, but that's its measurement c-t-c; almost exactly 22". It's more like 23" c-t-t. Is it possible someone at the original bike shop just held a yardstick up to the frame, measured it c-t-c, and pronounced it to be 22"?
