I had asked about these after seeing them on Raleigh track bikes in the
special Raleigh issue of Cycling Weekly.
I believe the consensus was they supported the saddle to make up for clamps
that might allow movement.
Was curious about how they attached.
The top tube end is pretty easy to figure but wasn't sure if the other end
that mounted to the saddle required a specific saddle.
What does this end look like?
