I've had a number of Windsor Pros over the years, I always kinda liked them, though a little dead feeling. They were really popular when I started riding because of the price; you could buy one for about what a Campagnolo group cost at the time. I knew a few people whose frames broke, I guess from the builder overheating the tubes. I guess the ones that are left are the "good" ones.
