On the cross post, yes, guilty as a one-off., though I note that many others do it continuously without comment being made.
Inappropriate, I would have thought proper operation of the "classic" hardware WAS appropriate for the classic list.
As far as "First Warning" goes, especially as you made a point of posting this message to the general list separately, don't bother, just remove me from the list, if you want to run it like a closed club where some can do anything they like with nary a comment, while you attempt to make an example of others doing far less, where the subject matter is related to the list title ( old hardware, as opposed to fold up scooters ), go ahead, drop me out of the list. >>
Dear Neale: I have warned others similarly about cross posts.... and scooters. Bass worms are hardly vintage. I posted my "warning" to the whole list as I felt that may be the way to let everyone know from now on. Sorry you were the first to get a public exposure via this new pattern I intend to follow.
This is a closely controlled club list... I thought you would have known that. It is not closed unless people abuse the guidelines.
Sorry you feel so sensitive. Please start your own list and grab the glory. You are always welcome on CR, just gotta follow the rules..

Neale: Not only a cross post, which I have requested not be done on the CR, but also an inappropriate one to the CR list. First warning .... Dale Brown CR List manager>>
