Pete:
They came with a metal adjuster which fit into the "D"-shaped hole in the top of the lever body. CLBs regularly show up at swaps such as Trexlertown; I've paid as little as $7/pair, NIB. To me, they're the most comfortable levers I've found, if you spend a lot of time cruising around with your hands on the top of the lever hoods.
