The Maserati brothers sold the company to the Orsi family in the late 30s. The Maserati brothers went on after WW2 to establish OSCA. Their small displacement racing cars were very sucessful. Maserati was sold to Citroen in the late 60s. Maserati is currently owned by Ferrari, which is owned by Fiat. Phil Brown
