If anyone is interested, there is a new TJ Cycles Flying Gate website up now.

Also, I have a pair of Raleigh Super Tours for sale. These are the 531 frame with mix of French and English parts, made in the early 70s. They are in good shape and 98% original, and could be cleaned up, overhauled, and ridden. 23 1/2" bronze/silver, and 21 1/2 green/black. Both have 1/2 chrome stays and forks. The Stronglight cranks can be either a triple or a double with a chainguard (included). Huret Jubilee long arm derailleurs. Original owners manuals included. Ideale 80 saddles. One hose-type original pump, pair of Pletscher racks, and one GB original stem included. Stems on bikes were changed. I will take $325 ea or $550 for both, plus packing and shipping.
The Hetchins is one I bought from Alf Hetchins when he came over for the Anaheim show in 1985 when he was retiring and selling the company. I sold it back then, and have it on consignment now. It is a gorgeous Magnum Opus, 57cm Red metallic with light blue panels, raised "H" on the head tube, 1/2 chrome curly stays and forks. Full C-Record group with Cobalto brakes, Simplex retrofriction levers, XA stem and 64-42 bars, Omega aero rims, Michelin tires, Brooks Team Pro, Look red pedals. This bike has never been ridden and looks like it was built up yesterday. The asking price is $4000. Seems like a lot, but you will not find a nicer 16-year-old Hetchins than this. I can send pics. Email me off-list next week as I am busy with the Seattle Bike Expo all weekend.
Cheers
Bob Freeman
