Subject: [CR]Milano 3V - Excell tubing

According to the most recent info I have had (within the last year) the Italian Masi 3V's (Milano 3V's here) were made from French Excell HR Podium tubing until very recently. The last of them are still being sold off, but newly produced ones will be Deda, I think.
