Hi Wayne,

The reason those cable guides and w/b bosses are there is because it is NOT a 1970 model. It is a '74. The frame you show only has 1 club cutout in the lower head lug, a '70 would have cutouts in both head lugs and the seat lug. Also a '70 would have a hole in each point on the shoulders of the fork crown. Also, a '70 would have no braze-ons. So, those cable guides and w/b bosses are original......for a '74.
