Jerry, et al, About two months ago, I ran into (not literally) a guy who had a late 80s Legnano. came with C-record grouppo and it had what I can only describe as an "aero" fork, (please spare me the opportunity for a further description for now). I concluded that this bike was made during Bianchi onwnership. In any event, it was painted just the same as the older Roma Olympiade from the 60s. I have not seen another like this bike. It was very rare and extremely nice. I have seen less than a handfull of comparable bikes. It is a very real shame that they just don't make them like that any more. BTW, I heard a rumor that American Cyclery out of San Fran.will start re-importing them. Anybody else hear the same? Cheers, Dave Anderson
