Euro-Asia Imports wound up with the titanium axles for Super Record hubs after Campagnolo decided not to sell the hubs after all. They are all long gone now though. You could get SRP ti axles for Record hubs fairly recently...(I know, not the real deal of course). There were also aluminum alloy front and rear axles made by OMAS to use in Record hubs, but the rears broke very easily, as you would expect. The fronts worked out fine.
