There were lots of these Raliegh team pro cyclocross framesets at the Raleigh/Huffy warehouse when it was in Dayton, Ohio about 1985. My team (DCC-Huffy) received a half-dozen, but we discovered the steering tubes had been cut-off too short, and would only accept a track headset sans spacers. The frames were nice and light, but broke at the downtube-bb join after a few rough races... we only used them one season, then the team traded for 531 framesets (while I went back to my trusty Alan Supercross).
Mike Melton still had a dozen of these for sale as recently as 1995... $120 each, no fork. I tried to buy one for display, but he sold the last of them to a gentleman who sold them from his trunk at cyclocross events on the west coast. I don't imagine many survived racing for very long.
Hope this answers a few questions.
