The reason I'm asking is that I have two Record derailleurs, one with plastic pulleys and one with metal pulleys/no teeth. There are subtle differences in the details and shapes of the parts that make up the whole. It's hard to describe, but I'll post some photos a show the variations. I don't know if this is just a variation in maufacturing or actual design changes over the years.
