I have used Campagnolo road bottom brackets on both my PX-10 and Viner fixed gears. Chain line issues can be addressed by flipping the spindle and/or positioning the chainwheel inside or outside the crank spider as well as by shimming the fixed cog and tweaking the space between the fixed nuts and the dropout.

With that in mind, however, I think a track spindle or the Phil Wood would be the better solution.
