Is the P-15 the touring model? In that case the brakeset would almost certainly have been Weinmann centerpulls, though the original calipers may have been marked "Schwinn Approved". The racing model (P-13?) could be had with optional Campy sidepulls, but these might have required a drop bolt to work on the Touring version.
