Much as I dislike "me-too" responses, I'd second that, and note that they do not look like ANY Hi-E or Weyless hubs I've seen or owned. All of them were built-up (three piece). In fact, since the right flange is undrilled, I wonder if the machinist who did the conversion to cartridge bearings also reworked the flange height. Would love to see the actual uniformity of the spoke holes.
