Jim,
I shook hands with Ugo on many occassions and his hands were huge and rough... they looked like tools! And I was pretty good friends with Chris, so I got the looong story.
Of course, I've been told that the condition of a person's hands tells you nothing about what kind of work they do...
Ugo always looked to me to be a guy who loved to work, but I have never visited his shop and don't know his three sons either.
Regards,
Chuck
